Homebrew Restoring old saves?

I backed up my entire card when my old 3DS went out of commission. Is there any way, using homebrew, that I can pull saves off that card's memory?

The old card was in a 9.9 3DS, my current DS is a 7.0 Sysnand/9.9 Emunand system.
