Hacking Restoring nand.bin to sysnand relinks the nands?

Someone I know wants to get his saves from his other card. His other cards don't have emunand on it. He's doing this CFW stuff exclusively on his phone.

So no emunand transfer tools.
So is it safe?

Yeah it does if the NAND.BIN was created before the format (having in mind it was sysnand the one formatted).

Anyways, he can use emunand9tool from the homebrew launcher and avoid the need of a PC for the emunand tool functions.

His cards are full. Only 2GBs. His emunand card is 32gb.
