It is not true that "once you delete its forever" (I believe the above poster meant "it's" not "its"? But who am I to talk, being a poor speller

A lot of people are in prison because they assumed once they deleted photos or files from a flash cart (such as the SD) it was gone. I have recovered deleted files from many different types of cards in less than 5 minutes, As long as you haven't written anything else to the card, you have a very good chance of using one of the programs listed on the Komando.com link below.

It can be done ... almost too easily! I even tried the download from runtime.org and was impressed enough to spend almost $200 on the two apps. Best $200 I ever spent. I use them to recover deleted files for people (friends or relatives) all the time and I do not charge an arm and a leg to do it like some companies do. I usually charge $35-$50 depending on how difficult it was.

Maybe this will be of help.

I posted the following on another post earlier today (below after the ++++++++++):

Hello. I hope this is not too late and you have already reformatted your SD card. A while back the Kim Komando show discussed recovering photos from a card with free software. I've tried them and some did better than others. The main thing is DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ELSE TO YOUR CARD!!! That would overwrite deleted files.

Here is her link to the free downloads: http://www.komando.com/tips/index.aspx?id=2938

I also tried GetDataBack for FAT and it was so good I purchased both the FAT and the NTFS versions (expensive but worth it! http://runtime.org/data-recovery-products.htm)

Hopefully it is not too late for you to try the free recovery apps from above

EDIT :::::
I must have been up too late last night, and was not thinking. My reply above refers to deleting things like saves off the sd card, not from the DS system files inside the actual DS!!! Sorry.
