Well maybe there is a tiny little chance - as far as I know, the latest Atmosphere is automatically backing up the prodinfo.bin on each boot. Is there maybe a folder called "/atmosphere/automatic_backups/" on your SD Card? Or can you search for a file called "prodinfo.bin" on your whole SD Card?

Hello. I know this is a bit old, but I ran into the same problem with a switch I brought recent. On the recent version on Atsomphere has my official code, but i do not know how to restore it back.

The code for calculating the hashes is in Incognito so that part is easy. But I have a feeling there's more to it than that.

the ssl certificate is signed with Nintendo’s private key. If the cert was deleted, there is absolutely no way to generate it without a backup or Nintendo’s private key (near impossible to get).

I also have the prodinfo_sysnand.bin and have tried using Incognito_RCM but it doesnt change my Switch's serial number back to normal.

I did apply Incognito twice. Was that bad? Im sorry Im all new to this.

Incognito_RCM doesn’t overwrite backups, so it’s fine to run it more than once. It will rename the previous backup before saving another.

However, if you saved the backup after wiping your serial then you have a backup of your wiped prodinfo, which is useless. I may need to put a warning in Incognito for when people try to backup/restore blank prodinfo.

Also a preventative measure, like extra warnings for when people attempt to run it on SysNAND (I’ve never liked that option anyway). Any suggestions are welcome!

i tried doing this on tinfoil and now my switch wont boot up running sxcore help?

Ive done a similar fuck up, nand no backup as i thought the 1tb card i got of cex was going to be ok.

Moved all my data over, wiped my sd to give to the mrs, then find my sd is a fake and fucked up.

Now i cant get my backup, but switch works fine but if it says update i cant play the game.

So i guess ive to remain offline and manually send files via goldleaf.
