Is there an easy way to get back to the initial "pick your default system" screen?

The one that asks for what system you want to use. (Touchpad and Sakura)

Or do you have to reinstall fresh system files every time you want to change OS.

Because I like Sakura, but so much home-brew is incompatible with it, so could I just willingly launch Touchpod from Sakura or Vice-Versa?
