Good, so it was a corrupted boot.firm. Now, select "GodMode9" from the list, and report what happens from there.
It booting GodMode9

and stop downloading random homebrew without knowing what it is! The ZIP3DSFX pack you downloaded is all extremely old homebrew and entrypoints. They should not be present on your sd card.

Okay, so now we know that B9S, Luma3DS, and GM9 are working and setup correctly. Keep GM9 open, press Home, select Scripts, select GM9Megascript, select Scripts from Plailect’s Guide, select Cleanup SD Card, When prompted, press (A) to proceed, Press (A) to continue, Press (B) to return to the main menu, select exit.

Cleanup SD Card? Will that format it? I will not lost my data witch was important for my Homebrews. Or will be clean it from Chunkdata?

No, it only removes junk. (EDIT: Not all of it, but we are getting closer to the solution)

Hangs at Megascript by saying "line 3: too many arguments if○not find $ [GM9IN] NULL"
Okay, leave it while I try to find a solution. (I won't be long!)

EDIT: I found a solution, turn off your 3ds, and get the latest version of gm9 installed. Once you do this, try again.

It's best to follow these steps again: https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

The compressed package, extracted lot's of outdated stuff you won't be using. It also overwrites stuff on your SD which might have been updated already.

To make sure you have all compatible and up-to-date software available on your SD, backup, clean, and start from scratch.

Yes, it is a good idea. Copy ONLY Nintendo 3ds,DCIM (if it exists),and 3ds to somewhere other than on the sd card, format your SD card as FAT32, put luma3ds boot.firm on the sd card, copy Nintendo 3ds,DCIM (if it exists),and 3ds back, then follow the Finalizing Setup guide again.

As indicated in the 3rd picture, there's something not right in the /3ds/ folder. There's nothing required/not replaceable in this folder. Clean it, and only copy over the stuff you're planning to use.

Also, if you're cleaning your whole SD, don't forget to:

Place the latest 'boot.firm' on the root of your SD - https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v9.1
Place the latest 'boot.3dsx' on the root of your SD - https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/tag/v2.0.0

It's recommended since, looking at the pictures, at least the boot.3dsx got replaced by the compressed package.

Yes, clean the entire SD card so all the added junk is removed.

Do this by:
  1. Copying Nintendo 3DS and DCIM somewhere; these have your games, pictures, save data, etc.
  2. Copying anything else that is important; try to avoid copying anything from the 3ds folder as it is corrupted
  3. Formatting the SD card as FAT32 with the cluster size set to 32KB.
  4. Copying back Nintendo 3DS,DCIM, and anything else you copied.
  5. Place the latest 'boot.firm' on the root of your SD - https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v9.1

  6. Follow Finalizing Setup: https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
  7. Get new copys of your .3dsx games that you want
  8. Test it!
