Gaming [REQUEST] Swapnote alt. server? (Get it working again?)

I might be in the wrong section; forgive me if I am. But the reason I ever bought my 3ds was for Swapnote, and Nintendo made us all suffer from a bunch of pervs.---- I'm off track. Is there anyway of changing the server to something new? Allowing for use with others using the same server?

This isn't the same thing though, but I doubt a new server could be possible.
