ROM Hack [Request] Stella Glow Gateway Cheats

Can someone begin developing cheats for this game or teach me how to develop them.

I really like this game and I have already completed it once and about 2-4 missions away from completing it again. I'm planning to complete it a third time but only with cheats so I can like use some of the hard to use characters in the game.

I have an old 3ds sys 4.4 and emu maybe 10 (don't really use it)
New 3ds sys 9.0 and emu 9.5 (main system)
I use gateway and have access to a original OOT game.
I don't really know have to program an stuff but if someone lay out some instructions, I could follow it perfectly.

Did ioritree release a new version of that then? I seem to remember downloading that cheat plugin a week or two ago and having it not work on the US version.

Also, the listed password to download it doesn't seem to work. The actual password tat worked for me was z5im

Since I don't think Gateway has released their method for cheat making yet, I think you're stuck waiting.
I think both your N3DS and o3DS should be able to install NTR CFW 3.2 (or whatever the latest version is now) but I'm not sure. What you would need to do is:

1) copy the ntr.bin and BootNTR.cia into the sd card
2) copy the cheat plugin to the sd under a folder /plugin/0004000000173700
3) Install the BootNTR.cia in Emunand
4) click on the picture of a rocket and wait for it to say something like "NTR booted successfully. Press HOME to close."
5) open Stella Glow
6) press X+Y and choose "Game Plugin"
7) click the cheats you want to turn on, wait a few seconds then press B
8) enjoy!

Try to ask the gameplg.c from source of plg author of this game; in this file you can see the codes and the ntr codes can be used in gw.

check the date at the title or check the gameid above the download url

Quick question: which one is the best? (in functionality and most stable with updates.)

if you use gw and .3ds files, better stay with gw, just run ntr in your emunand if you want to use ntr plugins

NTR CFW is the thing you need to run cheats from the site linked earlier. It's not really it's own custom firmware like Pasta and RXtools are, its just a program you run in your Gateway emunand.
