Don't get upset or joke around him guys. He's new. Maybe he couldn't afford OoT3D and Cubic Ninja. He probably got Smash, but not a N3DS. And he may have missed to download Ironfall before it was out of the eShop.
So, browserhax, tubehax, and themehax was the easiest way to get HBC because one of it was free and the others were installed to the system.
EDIT: I get the whole "Rumblehax and Shufflehax should be a thing" since both are free and looks easy to create an exploit.
But let's face it, it'll take a miracle to create an exploit using those games. So most likely no...
