Does anyone have a list of the pokemon that appear on each route? I know every route has 10-14 different pokemon but I don't know when certain ones appear. Also any other information about exclusive features (such as in game trades and Bloody Dialga) would be helpful. Thanks

Also, There was a list in the making, by me, when I decided to pick up rom hacking myself. There is nobody doing a list and probably won't ever do one. You can just read it out the encounter data.

Well how might I go about getting the encounter data? Do I need a utility and can anyone read it or would I need some knowledge in coding?
