Read the instructions... I mean 6 steps, the last one being "Enjoy!", it's not that hard.
I assume you already have a plugin you want to try.

OnionFS is a NTR plugin for mostly all game. The only thing it can't do is plugin with everything embedded in the plg file.

so all i need to do is put the onion.plg in the plugin folder under monster hunter stories title id and just press in game x+y and it will work?

Ah sorry I couldn't guess what you want with the very limited info you gave...

Still if a plugin already exists for the JPN version it might be used with OnionFS depending on how it was built.

If it is a all-in-one plugin then OnionFS can't help with that. Otherwise just put the files in their respective folders as instructed in the OnionFS page.

I'm pretty sure OP is asking for a cheat plugin, not a layeredfs plugin like OnionFS.
