ROM Hack [Request] NTR "Turbo Mode" Button Presses

Bring back the classic Turbo/Rapid Fire on the A, B, Y, X, and shoulder buttons.

I believe this is something a NTR plugin can do.

Good uses for this includes but is not limited too: Pokemon, RPGs, lottery's where you have to press A a lot, etc.
