Homebrew Request: Kirby Mouse Attack Level Editor?

Could someone make a level editor for Kirby Mouse Attack? Every time I play this game I just think "This game needs a level editor, this game needs a level editor" OVER and OVER.

Theoretically it would be possible... but would be a b**** to figure out how to code.

You might have better luck on the Hacking board, and in fact, a mod might come along and move it there for you.
