ROM Hack Request for translation project for EO2

I loved the first one. I'm asking if anyone can translate maybe just the skills (customs) and maybe some of the text.

I think we should wait until we know for sure that Atlus USA won't localize it. I heard a rumor that they won't because the sales for EO(1) were bad around these parts, but I'm not very sure about it anymore...
