I second having it hardmodded by a trusted user like @vb_encryption_vb, it will be the fastest way to have CFW.
If you are dead set on having it DsiWare downgraded then I can do it for you. All you have to do is pay for shipping. However I will need to hold onto console for 7 days from arrival so that I can re-transfer my NNID.
Like I said hardmod will prob be fastest option and there are reliable hardmoders on this forum that can do temporary hardmod as well.
