ROM Hack (Request) Animal Crossing: New Leaf save editor for mobile?

Since I can't use the pc in my house, I didn't really have a way to save edit.
I would like a port to Android, with a mobile friendly interface.
And stuff like, map editor, building mover, pocket modifier, and name/town/gender changer?
Is there a tool for this?

The web editor works on phones too IIRC.
Or just get an android hex editor.
