Just got a new bluetooth chip to fix my black screen problem. Does anyone know how I should go about replacing it? I have the faceplate off and can see the chip but i'm not sure if it just slides out, or if I need to get to it from the top (which would require alot more dismantling) before I wreck something else does anyone have experience with this operation?

You have to be able to get to the top of the motherboard. You have to dismantle it up to the point where you look down onto the motherboard bare --> remove the shielding from the top. Then you can pull the bluetooth module strait up (!!!). You can see that by looking at the bluetooth module you have in your hand (the connection on there).

I've had to it once before on one of my Wiis, it's not hard just don't do anything rash and make sure you connect it properly.

Thanks...didn't think I was going to get off easy with this!
