replacement screen

My Switch v2 screen is very scratched.
I was looking at replacement options and found this:

I saw a tutorial on YouTube to replace it.

I just want to know if I can replace it and use it? Or do I need to do something else?

I saw some threads where people were talking about calibrating and hetake (my Switch is with the last cfw available).

That should be possible but do note that skilled repair guys on Youtube make things look way easier than they are.
Be careful about the ribbon cables and the plastic connectors, they can break easily, especially on older Switches.
