You sourpuss, let him try, i see noone else picking up the project.
That's because:
  1. Devolution is already available
  2. The coding is so fucking messy that it's hard to tell what's going on
At least those were the reasons I didn't work on it much.

Hmmm...the code doesn't seem available otherwise I'd take a look. If a team were to comment it with you, would that help you out? It seems like you know what you're doing (with Wiicraft and all)

Any reason why? Has anybody asked him for it since he released the source code? It seems unusual to release one but not the other.
Maybe because the sources are available, and anybody can do the changes themselves. If he wanted to share it, he would have done it already.
I only mentioned sneek to let users know it's possible do it if they really want to, not to ask him to release his own version.

That's fair, though could you point me in the right direction? I can't download the source code for nintendont from his website (let alone figure out what to do here), and would it be practical to use SNEEK at all on vWii?

to download svn sources from repository, you need to install a svn client.
slick svn or Tortoise svn if you are on windows.
Then create a folder where you want to store the sources and do a checkout command with the given url.

But, am I mistaken in thinking that it would be read-only? That's what I'm reading but I have been awake for many hours. Not only that, but I was wondering...since many of the examples are down...is there a way to extract the contents of boot.dol and open in Programmer's Notepad ? Not particularly for this since the sources are already there, I mean for other programs.

I'm not interested in working on another project. Besides, Devolution plays GC games from USB and SD already.

Devolution is good. But I really hate that stupid disc verification thing. I can't play fire emblem path of radiance because I lost my disc.

While C languages are a bit outside my experience, I've been doing UX design for about five years now and graphics a good deal longer, and I'm willing to pick up a new language to help with those. Lemme know if you get a decent build working and you need an extra pair of hands to help it look nice. :)
