i have an softmodded wii with the twilight hack that i did a few years back and was wondering if its possible to delete the twilight hack and install a new hack thanks for your patience

to install a new hack you will need a store bought disc that is either super smash brawl or lego indiana jones

Or LEGO BATMAN, Yu-Gi-Oh 5d wheelie breakers, LEGO STARWARS.

That's the second time in the same thread you give advise that is wrong, tagzard. Last time was just needlesly complicating things (and tricking him into needing to buy a game he wouldn't otherwise needed). But this is downright retarded. If you seriously think this is how you hack a wii, YOU are in far more need to learn how to do stuff than okc56.

I know you don't have more reasons to believe Hielkenator or me rather than tagzard, so I can only really advise to get more information. The stickies are a good way to get started. Or just wait until more people come give their opinions.



EDIT: well... you still have the HBC, right? If you do, you may not need those games to begin with (the only reason you need those games is to get an exploit to install the homebrew channel)

If you follow tagzard's instructions to a T, you WILL need to purchase one of the known games to re-get what you already have back.

A bird in one hand is worth two in the bush, and when standing outside a pet store with a sign that reads "free birds inside", its a no-brainer. I think i'll try my luck with the bush.

if you still have the homebrew channel , download modmii start the backup stuff, and reinstall that stuff. you can skip the exploit thing at the beginning since you still have the homebrew channel.
