I am following the soft mod guide and when I get to the steps of using multimod manager to remove the stubbed ios's I get error removing stubbed ios for 222, 223 and 249. Any idea how I can get this stubbed ios's removed? I am stuck until I get around that. THank you for your help in advance!

So all I do is run the program and let it patch? Then do I go back to what I was doing and try to remove the stubbed ios's with multimod manager now?

So I got back into mod manager and checked the stubbed ios and there are none so I have gotten rid of those. The next problem is that when I go to wad in Multi mod manager and go to install the batch of wads, it says all 8 did not complete. Any idea what I am missing? Is there a step I am missing somehow?

I dont get an error message honestly. I go into the multi mod manager, I select wad then press 1 to select them all. I hit a to install batch, it goes through them all and at the end says final status - 8 did not complete.

Ok, I have tried some other things now. I tried to go back and use the IOS236 Installer V3 and it fails also. Says it cant load the wad files. I then tried to use the multimod manager and went into apps and tried to install priiloader and it said it could not install and said something to the tune of "is ios36 trucha signed?" Any ideas on this? Thank you.

Are you using my latest MMM version 13.4? If not, please try it.

Wiiwu,

I have the same problem also, I am helping my bro in aus by fllowing this guide (xzxero).

Installing a Trucha'd IOS into slot 236:
We had problems with offline method so tried installer v4 instead of v3. Still no luck so hooked up the net and it worked though he did BOTH Step 1 and Step 2. (There was no mention of there being these options in the guide which used v3. I think the second step was something to do with wanting to play backup games)

Removing Stub IOS's, Installing cIOS & Patching the System Menu IOS (The good stuff!):
Went into mod manager to remove stubs, there were none to remove (is that normal?!), went into wad manager to install, "7 wads did not complete"

Tried with MMM 13.4 and still didnt work

Heres syscheck:

sysCheck v2.0.1 by Double_A

Any help greatly appreciated!! Cheers.

EDIT: Just saw on another guide that before removing stubbed IOS you should "install and patch IOS36"... Is this correct? I was literally following the guide word for word so if this was an assumed step I will accept any flaming you feel befits the situation!

That doesn't look right. You are on 4.2E yet you have IOS40 series in your Wii? Those are Korean IOS that should only be on K or 4.3 version of firmware.
