Hacking Removing ntrboot from R4i-SDHC

Hi,
Guys quick question Im trying to remove ntrboot from my R4i-SDHC through ntrboot flasher, I have all files on sd card in right folders but any time when I Power 3ds with start button it goes straight to GodMode9.

Did you make sure the ntrboot flasher is also in the payload folder? If it's still giving you hassle, you can also launch ntrboot flasher from Godmode9. While in GodMode9, just navigate to where ever you have the firm file, Press A when you have the file highlighted, press A on "FIRM image options...", and then use the option, "Boot FIRM." It should launch the FIRM file that way as well.
