When you download PRO B10 there's a CIPL flasher which is what you used to make your CFW permanent, there's also an option when you run it that uninstalls the CIPL flasher

Please elaborate, Do I run the flasher again?

Yes what you do is place the CIPL Flasher into the GAME folder of your PSP's memory stick. Run it through the XMB and uninstall it from there. You can then use Fast Recovery in order to go on CFW mode when you boot the PSP since after uninstalling the CIPL it will become a temporary CFW.
