I have a scrubbed version, is that bad in anyway? Will it effect your patch for instance?

I have a YAOSM 2.0 in an NTSC-U Wii. Will I get the 001 error if I try to burn the game straight up?

i got the latest version of the ppf and patched the iso. ran wii updated remover and region frii 1st on it.
