You can get the DOS files you need from http://www.abandonia.com/ and the Amiga music from http://www.exotica.org.uk/wiki/Flashback - this .lha compressed folder can be opened with 7zip.
Works fine, I only played a couple of levels though.
(+) no lag when moving to a new screen, amiga music, has save states, passwords are already entered for you
(-) cutscenes and menus run slow, some occaisional minor gameplay slowdown, conrad has a red t-shirt (like the DOS version)
Your other choice is Jenesis 7.4 and the genesis rom
(+) no slowdown, white shirt
(-) 1 sec lag everytime you move to a new screen
