Tetronomino 3DS is a tetris remake for 3DS Homebrew.

I DID NOT MAKE THIS, I ONLY PORTED IT TO THE 3DS USING LOVEPOTION

Features:
  • Tetronominos that fall from the top of the screen
  • Make tetronominos fall faster
  • Rotating said tetronominos
  • Points for completing a horizontal line
Controls:
  • Circlepad/D-Pad Left+Right - Move tetronominos
  • Circlepad/D-Pad Up/X - Rotate tetronominos
  • Circlepad/D-Pad Down - Fast drop tetronominos
  • START - Pause
  • SELECT - Close program

Special thanks to:
Todd Nelling for the original Tetris in Love2D
Me for porting it over to 3DS
@VideahGams for making LovePotion and fixing some bugs for me :D

This is fucking awesome! I was looking forward to a great Tetris on 3DS. A question: Do you plan to keep working on it? Because if yes I'd like to suggest some things to perfect it (in order of importance):

-High scores
-An option to change the spin button (preference to Y)
-Controls a little "tighter" (when you hold right or left they take a little longer to start moving fast to that direction)
-A button to instant drop the piece
-An option to restart the game w/o having to close and open it again.
-Sound

Otherwise it's a great port nonetheless and I'll keep playing it. Thank you for sharing this!

I definitely want to implement a lot of these things (especially instant drop)
I may or may not continue it, but if you want to do some of these things yourself the source is found in the /game folder and you can learn lua here.

Yeah, I never programmed nothing complex on my life, so I guess I won't be able to do a lot right now, but I'm already trying the simplest things, like changing the spin button and the feeling of the controls. And again, thank you for sharing this!

No problem! I just love helping out the community by providing it with more Homebrew Games :P
