ROM Hack [Release] Tenchu: Dark Secret undub patch

It's likely that Dark Secret wasn't undubbed until now due to the localised versions' game data being packed into the .farc archives... or due to a lack of interest, as the game is not too good no matter how you slice it.

I liked this game growing up. It's not the best action game on DS, but the cool ninjas were always appealing while growing up. The Wifi Market was a weird use of online services though.

OMG this is what I've been praying for during all these years!! The camera patch the NDS GTA games received would totally resurrect Tenchu Dark Secret and turn it into an actual and properly enjoyable Tenchu game. PLEASE SOMEBODY DO IT
