You should send new localization files to translators before release, so we have a chance to update em (if you add or change some strings). Anyway, here's Ukrainian one and updated Russian (some string length and one typo).
Ah, and can you make language name start with a capital? It's gonna be
Code:
Русский
and
Code:
Українська
Thank you!

Thanks for this. I switched to this (native Windows version) from the original SocketPunch GUI so I could completely uninstall Java. Getting constant speeds of 1.5+ MB/s. :)

Hey dude one question: can I install the FBI chen fix on my sysNAND? I'm asking this because whenever I transfer the files via socketpunch loading FBI on my sysNAND, the transfer speed is somehow slow. Would there be any problem if I install the fix on the sysNAND? Also, it's because I'm installing GBA CIAs :D

It's okay to install it in sysnand. It will override your existing FBI version, of course.

Tried with the recommended version of FBI, seems to still not like large files. 2.6 GB file, stopped at 96%.. Edit: Not only stopped.. Froze

Yes. There are problems with files above 2.5 GB. I've been working on fixing them, but It seems I'll need to do some changes to FBI too.

The app force closes on android 6.0.1...
I think it has something to do with the 6.0.1 permission system.

Hello, thanks for this amazing app, but i'm having a little Issue i was transfering the KH 3D.cia and at 58% it crashed and show the "IO ERROR" "Network Interface is not configured"

i'm using your latest desktop build and the wjchen's FBI fix so... idk what's happening

Hi!

How big is Kingdom Hearts 3D CIA file?

By the way, that error sound like your 3DS is disconnecting from your WiFi network while transferring. Be sure to not be closer than 18 inches from your router, since that's considered a dead-signal zone. And not so far of it, either.

Its size is 1,75GB...
I 'm afraid I am to 8 meters away from the router about... Maybe it gives that mistake because my brother is playing some mmorpg ? Idk if i could configure my 3ds or my router to avoid that error?

You just should be closer to your router.

If you happen to have an Android phone, you can try to set up WiFi tethering on it, and connect both your 3DS and your PC to its network. This will give a good speed and 99% success rate.

It's a problem with my app, which fails if a timeout happens when transferring (a data packet reaching after a lot of time). And in your case, it seems the connection is lost 3DS side too, since FBI gives you that disconnected error.

If you don't have an Android phone, all you can do is getting closer to your router, or retry when there's not so much network activity in your place.

I'm already working on fixing the issue with Socket Punch, so that if it disconnects briefly, the transfer continues after reconnecting. Although, I can't do much for the FBI side if it gets disconnected.

Trying that tethering stuff, BRB

Edit: Ok, it doesn't give me the network error but now it froze :( and then socketpuch reach 100% and didn't complete the transfer

I had this problem when i was using a different version of FBI. Are you using the one suggested on the OP?
