Maybe in next release if i reach to fix ADPCM audio reproduction (it seems to be buggy) i can crop another good amount of filesize for JPGV files (My 400 MB video will be cropped to 250 MB if ADPCM codec works correctly).

P.S. Added cygwin1.dll to lpp-3ds repository: https://github.com/Rinnegatamante/lpp-3ds/tree/master/JPGV
Try putting it in the same folder of JPGV/BMPV encoder if you get errors using vid2jpgv / vid2bmpv.

Umh I just tried my output.jpgv on my 3dsxl, it loops the first 3 secs of the audio (without any video) and freezes my console.

it's 00:03:18, I just changed the input name and setted 23 fps, could you be that kind to write an how-to modify the bat?

Sounds strange. Your resolution is 240x400 right?
It might works, your input file is a MP4? What's your input and output filesize?

For bat editing:
Code:
REM Change input.mp4 with your own file
REM Change 240x400 with your own resolution (NOTE: HEIGHTxWIDTH !!!)
REM Change -r 30 with your own framerate
REM Change -ac 2 with your own audiochannel
REM Change 2 value of qscale argument for your video quality (From 1 to 31. Recommended: 1-5 values)
REM Change 30 with your own framerate

Note that "resolution" is to be thought as OUTPUT resolution (so how it has to be shown on 3DS top screen)

Umh my input file is a 720p mp4, yeah i didn't touch resolution. input filesize is 53.806KB and output is 34.176KB

After creating all the jpgs, it creates an audio.wav which has the same filesize of the output...weird isn't it?
Edit: it differs a bit... audio.wav is 34.983.936 bytes and output is 34.996.224 bytes

It worked this time with the new cygwin1.dll you provided, but it outputted a 0kb output.jpgv and a jpgv_encoder.exe.stackdump. So now I don't know what happened. My input is a 374MB mp4. I can see the .jpgs in the temp folder when its building the file.

EDIT: Never mind I got it to work! I didn't put the filename twice in the batch like I was suppose to.

Now to test this baby.

EDIT2: Got it working with sound !

A comparation of filesize

Added samplerate configuration to vid2jpgv and vid2bmpv.
Lowering it could save other filesize. (Lowing it under 22050 cause a huge audio quality losing).

Here's a filesize comparison for a 23:36 minutes video:

Currently ORGANIZ3D doesn't support different samplerates for videos (it seems to be something wrong in lpp-3ds decoder, i just have to find and solve the problem and i will release a micropatch through ORGANIZ3D auto-update system).

I installed cia version, but after launched, all file names are glitchy and then organiz3d crash... ._.
