I just learned about making ROM hacks on NSMB2 and I decided to make one myself (although it doesn't really count, as it's only one level). I believe it only works for the USA version of the Gold Edition. It's only for 1-1, and I only added a few level design tweaks, plus a new pipe area. This is my first ROM hack, so please leave some constructive feedback below if you can.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction

    You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
