Based on the Mushishi anime/manga series, the game follows a young apprentice as they go about their daily life in a rural village, completing activities such as fishing, gathering, helping the villagers with their problems, and... catching and documenting strange, ethereal creatures known as "mushi".

Featuring a lush, beautifully hand-drawn environment, peaceful ambience and soundtrack, and relaxed pace, the gameplay can be compared to other cosy titles such as Animal Crossing and Boku no Natsuyasumi. While the story plays out much like an episode of the anime itself, prior familiarity is not necessary to be able to enjoy the game.

Great, chief! Congrats on the release; I couldn't wait to test it! I was hoping for good news on the thread about all your projects, but luckily I didn't miss this new thread. And good luck with all your other projects. 😉

Edit: I had a bit of trouble writing the name with the stylus: it seems like most of the letters of the alphabet aren't recognized...🤔 And isn't there a default name I can select to avoid the hassle?
Welp, anyway I somehow managed to write the name "Koji"... 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Nikokaro Thank you for your support! Yeah, the character recognition can be a bit hit and miss for letters with ascenders/descenders, you might need to draw them a bit exaggerated and make sure that any parts which should be "closed" do touch. Fortunately your character is the only thing you *have* to name, as creating names for captured mushi is optional :D
