Hi, I am getting "mounter failure". This must have something to do with OSFMount, which however by itself seems to work fine. I have it installed in the default location.
Please get the latest release, run the helper with the OSFMount window open and tell me if it still fails. If yes, please show us a screenshot of the error message in the black window.

Yup, still an error -- and a screenshot. Thank you for attention.

I am using Windows 7.

I thought the helper deletes all files when it closes? What file should I look for?

I actually hadn't tried to specifically mount anything with OSFMount thus far. So when I did that, it gave me a signing error which is a massive irresolvable pain with Windows 7. It was not visible in the helper, but I assume the same thing happens there. So it looks like there's nothing to do but ask to use somebody else's computer with a newer OS.

(BTW I have SP1 installed.)

Just install the updates listed here and it should work.

You're right, wow. (Though I had to google for the updates as OSFMount's links are merely to help pages.) Getting over this might help me with other ways as well (like using an ID card reader), thanks a lot.

...and I hit another error. An earlier post in this thread had something similar, so I tried moving the helper directory to C:\ and cleaning it from special characters (spaces) but no, still same results.

Problem was with a file in TWiLightMenu that has an unicode character in its name. Please download the latest release that fixes that.

I'm having a weird error with HiyaHelper, every time I try to select my nand backup nothing happens and the black window display this message:
"Exception in Tkinter callback"
With an error that says: "Lookuperror: unknown encoding:cp65001"
:(
I'd appreciate if anyone would help me

Weird. Will check on it

I just formatted my SD card from using an old version of Twilight menu (0.65) and then used a clean nand backup using HiyaCfw helper, yet the Hiyacfw splash on boot is now gone. Is there a way to get that back? As i liked that splash screen

Boot it up to the config by pressing select + the power button

Maybe this error occurs when you run a program using the Canvas library (used from Unit 2 onwards) more than once. This is a known problem with Canvas, and is not caused by your programming. The only solution is to close all Python windows then re-run IDLE after each time you run your program.

Version 3.0.0 released with TWiLightMenu v7.3.0 support! Also migrated to Python 3 to avoid more unicode errors, so MacOS users will need to install it with Homebrew (although apparently I'm the only MacOS user using it ).
