No, that just means that you can install the DLC even if you never got it from within the game. They don't have any unreleased DLC on the servers so there's no way to get it.Wait... Does that mean we can get all DLC-Quests, including those, that are not released yet? Could you do a zip with all the .arc-files?
Yeah, I haven't found any limitations at all on what you can put in a quest. It seems that the limitations on custom quests are way more lenient than MH4U. I just managed to fit Amatsu + Alatreon -> Savage Deviljho Marathon Quest in the Dragon Graveyard (Ostgoa fight) its pretty cool lol. Amatsu interacts with the place just like ostgoa, everything glows blue when he rages and the whole area breaks down when he dies as well.
I haven't gotten to ferocious monsters yet, I didn't know they had their own icon. What star do those show up under? If I can find an example quest I'll be able to add those icons to the editor.I made a Ferocious Silver Rathalos, but i could not find the exact icon to use for it (the one with the yellow arrows around indicating ferocious) but otherwise the quest works too.

You only need to use mhef if you downloaded an encrypted quest from Capcom's server. How do I import CQ with this, still need to follow the mhef method to edit?
If you're just looking for free items, it's easier to put them in the supply box. But for the reward box, the Flags/Count table at the top will determine how many items you can have in the reward box. And you can change the count for each item and the chance of the item to appear. After working around with this, I managed to get like 7 charms as reward. How do I fill the entire quest or subquest rewards with charms?

You could also just go into reward (the first rem-option) and edit the first tab with "Timeworn Charm"(Where it says Item ID) and the second one where it says "Count" and put that to 99.Yeah, I was looking into that. Now it increased to 30 in the reward. Thank you so much for your efforts! I was sick of spending hours mining crappy charms, I'm not interested that much on getting items, that's why hunting monsters are for and is fun.![]()

In order to ensure, tht a I always get 150 (Which is the maximum amount) I edited the complete first reward to be just Timeworn Charms.
Yeah, it is that simple. xDIs that simple? I thought that I had to keep the legit maximum values for each reward, 3x Timesworm Charms on each field
Not that I know of, but it wouldn't be hard to do.Was there ever something like this for MH4U?
It's a very nice concept as it seems the only way to use custom quests is to use that proxy which my internet hates, would you be willing to do it? I would try but my coding skills are kinda non-existent at this point in time. Not that I know of, but it wouldn't be hard to do.
I'll add it to my list, but not sure when I'll get to it.It's a very nice concept as it seems the only way to use custom quests is to use that proxy which my internet hates, would you be willing to do it? I would try but my coding skills are kinda non-existent at this point in time.
