10.0.0.6 is not a 3ds ip at all, Follow the "Usage" steps in the OP to get the IP.
Sorry for the late reply.

The settings you have make no sense, QOS should always be 101 (Meaning dont limit), Priority Mode should always be top for pokemon games and pretty much all games really. The rest is up to you doe.
Priority Mode/Screen means which screen gets priority over fps.

Does 101 max out my pc or need more power?

Not really no
Umm.. FBI says my 3DS IP is 10.0.0.6

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

The IP address displayed in FBI may be incorrect, use a smartphone app like Fing (iOS, Android) to scan your wireless network and find the IP address if your N3DS.
Fing also says it's 10.0.0.6

Thats very very strange, Since its using localhost it should be connecting through 192.168.x.x not 10.0.x.x
EDIT:
Anyway did you boot NTR Selector before clicking connect?
Also you sometimes need to reboot your 3ds after going into FBI to check your IP as it interrupts NTRViewer

Getting the same issue as Luffy it seems, but with an expected IP (i.e., 192.168.1.105). Odd, since it was working fine yesterday.

Here's the printout:
Connecting to System...
[Connected!]
Writing Memory Patch...
[Written Memory Patch!]
Connecting to System...
OK: Creating new connection
Disconnecting Debugger in 2 Seconds...
[Disconnected!]
ERR: An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket 192.168.1.105:8000

The ip changes every now and then, So thats probably why, Re-check if its the right ip.
