My badges were written to extdata, but when i go to decorate with badges, it opens, then force closes. when i open it again it says i havent ued any badges yet.

Hi, some of my badges are invisible? How can I fix this?
And, is there any way to delete already installed badges?
Your badges are all visible, but sometimes a blank space shows up between them for some reason. I'm not sure what you mean by delete already installed badges, but the answer is either to open badge arcade, or to delete badges from the badge folder and run again.

U see the picture I'm showing... Well its Zelda and it's a png/opaque picture. And the empty space around Zelda will get turned into a badge that looks like a blank badge. Because there actual picture is a square and not just Zelda her self.

So this may be a very stupid question, but I'm going to ask anyway: Is it possible to organize your badges? Like the badge arcade does when you get a badge? Because when I install a bunch of badges, scrolling through all of them to find that one badge I wanted to add becomes tedious after a while.

i successfully wrote the badge or whatever, but how do i put them on the menu itself? i can't find them. never used badge arcade before

Tap the Home Menu Settings button, and there should be a "Decorate with Badges" button right underneath "Change Theme".

This is so awesome, thank you so much for this tool! :)

Custom badges + folders are just the perfect combination for me as I organized all game series in folders and now instead of the first letter of the name I can have an actual picture matching the content on it.
