The GateShark2NTR software takes GateShark codes stored in a TXT file and then coverts them to C code and then compiles that C code into a ready to use plugin. There's limitations in that you cannot edit this C code prior to compiling so there are certain things you cannot do, in this case it would be having a code with more than one E0000000 code.

However you can skip using GateShark2NTR and just write the codes in C to begin with and then compile it yourself. This lets you get by the limitations and also implement some neat stuff like dynamic menus and additional formatting to make a nicer looking plugin.

He's perhaps referring to the SUMOHAX plugin made by @Sasori, and yours. If so, to answer his question, the difference is in the available codes. Sasori's plugin will also not be kept up to date if I remember correctly.

@x06xpower, i'm using the one from @AnalogMan , because his suit my needs better. Hope I answered your question to your satisfaction.

Lol so random , why me . First of all can you use ntr? You're using n3ds right?

If yes, put the folder(which should be named according to the sun/moon game id) in the plugin folder...

after using ntr, when booting your mario game, did it have ' green screen' for a sec or two?
also, after making the plugin with this app, you did put that 'plugin' into a 'folder' which is named accordingly to the mario game title id right?

No green screen. ACs works fine, Moons works fine. I dont know why this wont work. And yes to both.

Hi. I know this may seem like a stupid question, but why is online functionality disabled with gateshark2ntr? I would understand if people abuse cheating online and causing chaos, but is it also a bug in the software when it compiles?

There's others solution to cheat online (most being not free).

Cheats code can be get from Fort42.
Then open the Gateshark2NTR and search for your text file.

There is only 2 way to cheat online,

buy a Gateway or compile your plugin manually


Saying that it was requested by the community, you mean by the developers

"(most being not free)" The worst thing is when you ask a developer for a plugin NTR online, He'll sell it to you instead of offering it

(time = money, If we give ppl the abillity to make their own online plugin they will be no benefit at all)

So yeah it's a very good feature blocking the acess online *-*

Nope, by the community, the first alpha of this converter and the plugins I converted with were usable online but users asked me to block that.
I never heard of people selling plugins btw.

True. Most methods aren't free, and that is a good thing imo. Once again, I don't really need that since I have GW, but I was curious if there was a public, reliable, and free way to do that.

aww dang. That sucks, especially since I don't know how to compile my own plugin, plus there are no public tutorials on how to do that afaik.
