Doesn't work either... Here is a step by step list what I have done:

1. Downloaded BootNTRSelector (Downloaded the .zip file and installed BootNTRSelector-PabloMK7-Banner.cia)
2. Downloaded tcpGecko dotNet for 3ds
3. Installed BootNTRSelector.cia set it up (standard settings) updated the BootNTRSelector from 2.6 to 2.8, restarted the system and started BootNTRSelector again and wait for downloading all files. Exit BootNTRSelector and exchanged the ntr.bin on the root of my SD with the ntr.bin in the Gecko.zip
4. Disable Firewall on Windows10
5. Start BootNTRSelector and boot 2.3
6. Start the game Urban Trial freestyle 2 while pressing DPad left --> blue screen --> blue screen --> green screen
7. Start the tcpGecko DotNET exe, enter the ip address and click connect

I attached a screenshot of the Console of tcpGecko DotNET and I have been waiting for six minutes to connect now... -nothing

So, it connected, the game continued then disconnected ?

Your game has an online functionality ?

The 3DS was always at the Nintendo3DS boot logo (the animation when you start a game) it has online functionality, but it's like Mario Kart 7 it only connects to the Internet when I want to.

Put your screenshots in a quote to avoid the img to be too big.

Also, I add one question: when your game is running and you press Home, is Internet enabled and connected ?

Hmm okay, if you have any plugin for this game, try to remove it before launching the game.

So you mean when I play like normal and then go back to the homemenu if the internet connection is enabled and connected? I connected to the Nintendo Network, press home button and it stil shows Internet. If I cancel the connection it shows the same.

I am on a New 3DS running 11.4 B9Strap if it matter...

No I though the game add continued since it displays connected in the first log.

Nope it doesn't.

If you have any plugin, removes it and try again. Also try with another game, might be the game that is not compatible with it.

Soo I have good but also perhaps bad news for me.. I tried it with Super Mario 3D Land. It works but seems instable (screenshot)
But I also have a Plugin for Urban Trial freestyle (my own, currently working on, one)

Hmm, I don't if the binary provided on MegaMew's thread is the last one, so here's the link of the last version.

Also, Super Mario 3D Land probably cut the wireless hence why your connection bugged.

But since it connected it might be an issue with the other game. Try to remove the plugin.

Note that plugins generated with Gateshark2NTR blocks the online and will not allow TCP Gecko to work.

Yeah, I renamed the plugin folder to pluginA just to remove the plugin from the game and it worked fine. Connected to port 5041 and didn't disconnect yet. He might add the info that tcpGecko won't connect if a Plugin is enabled for the game :/ seems like some other had the same issue.

Yeah, tag him and tell him in his thread ;)

Good that you made it worked, hope it'll work great for you.

Keep in mind that the app can be unstable sometimes, and I'm not really interested in it so I won't fix anything.

Ask on the release thread of tcp gecko 3DS for further questions, thanks ;)

I will :) one fast question left since its the fastest way to get a response:

I searched for 4bit data type with the value 500 for example. 3DS Gecko dotNET only provides 8,16,32 and single bit datatypes. Is it possible to calculate from 4bit to 8bit or something similar?

Hello if this thread is alive at my compiling it says "
'arm-none-eabi-gcc' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

It seems that an error occured during the compilation.
Check the compile.log and post the compile.log, the traceback
and the <name>.txt you're trying to convert on GBATemp if you can't solve the issue on your own."
