https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/c...s_a_20_release_on_the_freeshop_github/d6qsvmaCan someone give me a .ogg file for the original 3DS eShop music? (The one that played when the 3DS first launched.)
Thanks!

Do you have the DSP dump in the same folder?Where exactly are you putting this file?
I have it at
/3DS/data/freeShop/shop-intro.ogg
&
/3DS/data/freeShop/shop-loop.ogg
..and it just crashes. other .ogg files i've tried are just ignored.
Like this? https://github.com/Cruel/freeShop/issues/83when its updating its always frozing for me i tried 6-7 times
yep just like that
Do you also have slow internet? I think I might just have to increase the default timeout value. I thought 5 seconds was enough.yep just like that
Raise that to 8 5 is pretty good any higher is badDo you also have slow internet? I think I might just have to increase the default timeout value. I thought 5 seconds was enough.

Sorry, but I gave you a bit of misinformation. The DSP doesn't go in the same folder. All you have to do is run @TheCruel's dumper and that's it.Where exactly are you putting this file?

That's true and it workedSorry, but I gave you a bit of misinformation. The DSP doesn't go in the same folder. All you have to do is run @TheCruel's dumper and that's it.

Yeah, the one I posted has to be re-encoded so that it has a smaller bitrate. That's true and it worked
The only thing is that the app still crashes on startup if the ogg is too big (like the one you posted).
Smaller ones like the 8bit "you are a pirate" a few pages back work though and that's good enough for me.
It loads the whole raw audio in memory, so probably don't want a loop more than a couple minutes. Streaming from SD was causing slight lag in UI every time it loaded a chunk. Didn't feel like bothering with that. That's true and it worked

Is it? Oh we didnt notice..these last 10 pages of bug reports were just for fun!Nice 2.0 is out! Great job !
I don't know if this will help the memory situation with oggs, but I noticed you have the rsf set for 64MB on new3ds mode (by commenting it out).It loads the whole raw audio in memory, so probably don't want a loop more than a couple minutes.
