Yeah, it's missing some things. I'll have to look into it more. It's fetching the lists from Nintendo's servers. For example, the platform list is from here:

/3DS/data/freeShop/shop-intro.ogg
&
/3DS/data/freeShop/shop-loop.ogg
..and it just crashes. other .ogg files i've tried are just ignored.

I mainly want this to filter out non-3ds games and non-eu games

Yes, that's where I put it. And it's working fine for me TBH. I downloaded some music on youtube and convert it using adobe media encoder(with a free .OGG plugin) under the settings that TheCruel provided on his github.

Ps @TheCruel is it just me or does it make more sense to have the games list in the Controller icon rather then the Shopping Bag icon? Swap them and it will make much more sense

@TheCruel The freeShop still gives me this error, "Failed to finalize content install: 0xD8E0806A" when downloading when I used an older version of freeShop before the 2.0.0 and above updates the error doesn't occur and downloads perfectly. Updated freeShop I can't finish download anything at all, it does download and it gives me an error "Failed to finalize content install: 0xD8E0806A" When you get a chance can you fix this issue?
