Well, he's being doing it in the past but he did not get caught. He is really a bad person you should just delete the free shop. Don't respect this scumbag work he probably made the free shop for piracy and just said it was for games you own so it would be allowed on the temp.

You're forgetting the age old rule that it's not impossible for bad people to make good things and good people to make bad things.

I most likely will but i really want to keep draw attack. I know the servers for it are down and i wish someone could start servers for it again. I played that will my girlfriend all summer while she was away.

That's literally not what happened here. And again, freeShop is not illegal, it falls under the very same laws that any download manager falls under. Being that freeShop does not use Nintendo's code, does not advocate piracy, does not give keys, does not tell you to use illegal keys, does not provide links to these keys, etc. It does not violate any copyright laws. This the nature of downloaders.
This would basically be like putting someone in jail for having uTorrent installed on their computer, even if they've never used it for piracy.
Not to mention if freeShop was actually violating any laws, GBATemp would have removed it.
