I never understood why dealing with cp gets somewhat the same punishment as actually having sex with/ even raping a minor
From what I've read he didn't even make pictures himself.
Both deserve punishment but why is it sometimes the same? One is clearly worse than the other.
Some might say the typical "every view on the pic will hurt the child" but [i dont know why people say that]

It's because children had to be taken advantage of in order for the photographs to be taken in the first place.

Reminder; Even a nude from your girlfriend back in middleschool or something is childporn, as it depicts a minor. And there are children who don't mind pictures being taken. Just saying.

Underage children don't have legal capacity to consent, doesn't matter if they want to or not.

It was not deleted, it was moved to another section for staff to discuss the issue. As the judgement was not yet final and since there was no indication that he had approached any GBAtemp members with such suggestions the decision was made to wait for the final judgement instead of us trying to judge him without having the evidence the courts had at hand.

Now could we please keep a civil discussion about this application?

Being a pedo does not automatically mean he made a bad program, you can review the program's code yourself, it's just a normal program. You and anyone else could had done it, why is when he is convicted as a pedo, everyone has to stop using it? If anything he dedicated his last days to us, giving us a way to use paid games

CIA apps will not be effected by any update. So long as you can boot into your CFW, the signature removal patch should still be working.
Basically, if your CFW boots, this will always work.

Yes, it does. I'm still on 11.2 and i have went to freeshop to check new titles.
