Luma Updater was also crashing the system till I updated that and now then it worked. Did 11.3 break stuff?

It patched hbl, but updating Luma to nightly version and having smea's latest payload made it work again. What settings do you have enabled in Luma?

So I need to download the latest HBL cia and install with FBI, no QR code installs for that? I don't have SD card reader with me right now.

EDIT: Crap my luma updater is crashing again when I went back for the hourly build. Had to update it again with QR and it recovered, then updated to hourly. Freeshop and HBL are still crashing the system.

Update HBL cia using FBI via the TitleDB section, then while booting HBL hold X (iirc) to force it to download the latest payload. After that it should work perfectly.

Tried that, X was the right button for HBL update. Freeshop is still crashing shortly after launching causing the entire system to reboot. Everything else seems to be working fine now. Thanks for taking the time to advise.

Try deleting the freeShop folder (I think it's in 3ds/data) and try again so that it downloads the files again.

Since I don't have SD card reader on me I used FBI to delete all the files in 3ds/data/freeshop even though it wouldn't let me delete folders. After doing this and reinstalling it is working now. Thanks for the help!

About 4 months ago I got the Freeshop running on my N3DSXL and things are just peachy on that system. I have a spare original 3DSXL which I want to part with, I thought getting A9HL running on it with Freeshop might be a good selling factor.

Today I got Luma and Freeshop running just fine on it, when I ran the FreeShop app and scanned the QR code on a handy site for encTitleKeys.bin, all other games are available for download except no SNES games are showing... Am I doing something wrong here? Both of my systems are pointing to this location. I can see SNES games in the filter on my N3DSXL but not on my 3DSXL.

Any tips on what might be going wrong?

No there is blargsnes for O3DS in single .cia in single rom

Question, is it possible to get DLC with this? I have Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and I wasn't sure if i could get the dlc for free with this program or not. Also if you can, can someone elaborate on how ty.

edit: also i'm more worried about how to play revelations after i'm done beating birthright. Not really sure on how to do that as I don't even see revelations pop up in the freeshop. Just really confused rn. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In freeShop, tap the gamepad icon and scroll to the game via touchscreen. Tap the name in the list and if DLC is available it will show up for a download.

iirc if you close the app properly, it saves the download list so when you open it again it continues where it stops.

I'm assuming you've pirated it
As far as I know, DLC can be downloaded if you tap on the SNES controller in the bottom screen
There you'll see a game list. Tap on birthright and tap the DLC thingy
That includes conquest and revelations
Also the maps
You'll start downloading the DLC

It should save your download queue when you exit freeShop, it even saves the install progress (except for DLC which restart from beginning).

hi @TheCruel , thanks again for earlier help however i got new problem..
ive download certain games dlc(yes i know how dlc work- means you cant install when you install for 1st time the game) however at the half part of the game(since i complete it before using sky3ds which wont work on new 3ds game) where dlc is introduceable, ive download the dlc from the shop and install it... but after i launch the game, it said cant find sd card... any help? thanks

@TheCruel Trying to download Pinball Pulse: The Ancients Beckon™ (USA), a DSiWare, causes freeShop to crash and exit. I think the game might have been removed from the server; FBI errors out with a 404. Seems like freeShop is handling this situation poorly.

EDIT: Actually, looks like this was a DNS issue on my end, but the point probably remains that freeShop should handle a 404 better than with a crash.
