Thanks for this, I was needing a Lego badge for a folder. I attached the .bmp, in case anyone else finds it useful.

So, I tried loading up the tool, but every time I try opening it there's an instant crash and says that it's not responding and Windows asks me to close the program. Has this happened to anyone else?

is there anyway to fix the color padding around the icons if i use green as the transparency color the badge has a small green outline

You would have to edit it in microsoft paint. I recommend switching the transparency color to magenta as well (if you don't plan on sharing the badge, it doesn't really matter)

That might work, but you need to save it as a 24-bit bitmap. I might get around to adding more image file support down the road, especially proper bitmap format, so BMPs from other programs can be used without issues
