Buy it yourself, download it from that iso site, or wait for someone to add it to that title keys site.
Use Decrypt9 or uncart to convert them to .3ds then use either the 3DS Simple CIA Converter or ihaveamac's 3dsconv to convert them to CIAs. Use FBI to install them then use JKSM to move the saves from the cartridge to the digital games.
So I'm an ultra noob if it wasn't blatantly apparent already can you guys pm me a link to "that iso site?"

It's not allowed here. You can just google "that iso site" and it will be pretty much on the first page and 1st result on google. The website name is too obvious

You meant to say 11.0 right? As long as the 3DS you're talking about is running a CFW, then it should
ok so i got this and i works and all im running browser hacks 11.0 and ciangel is perfect just i cant change modes for some reason help please?
When running as a .3dsx, CIAngel only supports generating .CIA files, not installing them. You need CFW to be able to install CIAs.

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect

Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.+1
