How do I update it? I downloaded NUSgrabber and have been looking at a Reddit page, but there are like 20 steps. I am confused. I've tried using this program in the past, with no success. I also need something called UWizard? Would be nice if motion support was added for the gamepad, so that I could avoid all this trouble.
It's not really "motion support" per-se it's tilt. We already have gamepad gyroscopic movement and touch in Cemu using left mouse click and right mouse click, (as seen here and here) just not gamepad tilt. So far I've only encountered 3 titles where this is even an issue as-is, and I highly doubt any regular user is going to discover which other titles are even effected by lack of tilt aside from NSMBU. Luckily NSMBU automatically assigns "tilt" to the shoulder buttons of the Wii U Pro controller when using that instead of the gamepad (as seen here) so it's a non-issue for those who update their game and/or use the Wii U Pro controller in Cemu's input settings anyway.

Oh and there are various tools to update games, U wizard and NUSgrabber are different tools but accomplish the same thing.

In NUSGrabber, I can download the update. I copy the files downloaded into a folder, along with the Mario U WUD file. Then I choose 'decrypt download', I select the folder with Mario U WUD and these new files in it, but then it asks for a Common Wii U key (Ie. ckey), but it isn't there. So that is where I am stuck, that is, if I am doing any of this right at all.

All you need is in my sig. It's not a complicated process and shouldn't take more than a minute or two, tops. Just follow the steps one at a time, missing nothing. If you can't understand the instructions, I can't help you further.

About 10 seconds with Google will find you that key...

Yeah, thanks for practically nothing. If your talking about this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-cemu-wii-u-emulator.399524/page-871#post-6920076, your directions to the instructions, are practically longer and more descriptive than the instructions themselves.

@blazed1979
You know:
The easiest way would be to update the game on the WiiU, make an SD-card ready for homebrew and dump the game by using ddd (or any other dumping-program already out there). This'll include your update. (Totally easy to understand and noobproof tutorial by Etika [with some help by Nikki] here) [Really, it can't get easier to understand than that! ;)]
If you neither own the console nor the game itself, you're on your own! :P

Wind Waker HD

Hi Reznoire, thx for all these great vids, i'm currently playing wind waker, and there's a problem when viewing photo inside album, all turn out to be black , nothing
so do you mind check it out to see is it still the same on 1.6.4 when u got free ? thx,

Guys, don't be such meanies. [emoji14]

@blazed1979 you need to extract the game first then update it.

Download DiscU.
Rename your WUD to game.wud.
Make a new file, rename it to ckey.bin, open in hex editor, paste the wii u common key. (Google it, I can't tell you where to find it)
Make a new file, rename it to titlekey.bin, open in hex editor, paste NSMBU title key. (Google it, I can't tell you where to find it)
Put all the files in one folder and go to it, shift+right-click, "open command window here".

Use this command:
Code:
DiscU.exe titlekey.bin game.wud ckey.bin

Here's a tutorial for noobs:

The WUD will be extracted, after it finishes merge the update with the extracted game and run red-pro.rpx in code folder.

There're no easier ways to do this. [emoji14]

Hi there, any news of Tekken Tag Team 2 ? improvement ? does it required certain driver to get the graphic correctly render coz my friend with 480 and latest driver just can't make character appear at all. thx, hope to get answer soon

@Exzap. Thanks for all the great work on cemu.

Closing cemu is a little complicated on integrated machines (mame cabinets or similar)

Normal "close" buttons on media remotes like all of this https://www.amazon.com/Excelity-Wir..._2/157-9090709-2686509?ie=UTF8&qid=1481803925

Doesnt work for closing cemu. Also ESC wont do the thing. Only alt+f4 on a normal keyboard will work. Most emus like dolphin, demul, and many other will close fine with this kind of devices.

Could you please expand the closing commands that cemu support? So we can expand support on devices that doenst have a normal keyboard.

Thanks

So this is tested on AMD hardware? how so you don't experience that awfull glitches in Xenoblade?

This and some other games exhibit some horrid artifacting on my 39 380x.
