Anyone who is on a 32bit system is USUALLY on older hardware, too, meaning that they can't run this and there's no point in developing for it.

Xeons are the only modern processors that use them, I believe that Sandy Bridge through Haswell did technically use them but it was very niche and it was specifically for the most powerful processors of their generation.
