When i click on ds profile the screen is grey then return to home menu saying that an error has occured

I just forgot to replace the old Cakes.dat with the new one sorry sometimes i left my brain in my pocket.

Not getting ADB support on a 4.2 sysNAND... Is AGB patched or do I need to have a special .cake for it? My options are just autoboot and sig checks (no reboot) with the cakes_50 release

I saw that you added offsets for firm 5.x btw. Problem is LoadCode5.dat is not working for me .

AGB is not patched. We pride ourselves in doing things the hard way around here, so you'll have to get it patched yourself.

Nah I believe your offsets are fine. LoadCode5.dat has never been tested if I'm not mistaken. It could be a problem with my app compat too.

Pretty sure you can.... Try with the MSET 6.x installer

Should be fine yes. Please let me know if it works out ok. (code.bin doesn't work on 6.x though so beware)

It's cool for 6.X users without a browser, we still need a way to create an emunand or inject the browser/FBI tough.

Edit : Updated my O3DS to 6.1 to test it myself, and I can confirm it works fine with the original 6.X MSET.

If you mean installing fbi through browser yeah it should be doable. You just need to modify CakesROPSpider a bit. Not a project I want to do though.

Could someone with a hard modded 3DS confirm that there is no brick risk updating with sysupdater and CakesFW with signature patches?

I ask because someone tried to update with rxTools in devmode and bricked his console.

I could try since I'm planning on downgrading to 4.X then update to 6.X since a friend of mine is having difficulty on 6.X so I could test in sync and test the 6.x mset

btw I just tried updating in rxtools in devmode from 9.0 to 9.2 using the build I complied today and systemupdater, luckily it didn't brick.

The native firm is not updated between 9.0 and 9.2, so it doesn't prove anything unfortunately.

Edit : I just managed to build rxTools with 6.X MSET support using the latest CakesHax commit, thanks a lot.

btw, @b1l1s, I also compiled the latest code.bin from CakesROPSpider but it doesn't seem to work with http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop/?LoadCode.dat (the screen flashes briefly and I go back to Home, but if I launch the DS profile, nothing happens). Could you confirm that it is working?

it works fine on sysnand but I can't seem to load my emunand both region changed emunand and my regular emunand... both are on 9.8

I downgraded to 4.X and updated to 6.1.0-12 [US] using cake with just sig patched and systemupdater

do I need to change the firmkey.bin?
