selector doesnt support 3.4 p3?

Either you wait for an update of Selector (coming this weekend, as Nanquitas said), or you replace ntr.bin on the root of your sd with the preview3 and launch it by selecting 3.2 in Selector

But the current ntr_3.3.bin and ntr_3_4.bin are patched when you go through the First Launch Menu.
So replacing them by an unpatched binary, will leads to a few bugs in NTR cfw itself (but it will still boot).

Only the 3.2 is not patched, so replacing that one should not cause any issue.

It asked for my 3ds pin when I try to launch

Then you're the one who put a pin in Luma3DS configuration.

Shutdown your 3DS, Press Select and press Power while Select is pressed.
Release the key when you're on Luma3DS Configuration menu.

From there yuo should be able to disable the pin.

Then you can't turn your pin off on BootNTR Selector. It's either keep the PIN on or completely turn it off.
