Since I'm not seeing it in the OP, is there a QR code to install this via FBI?

Personally, Homebr3w. You can get HB (including BootNTR Selector) and other updates without having to do much other than load the 'br3w.

Yes, I have internet turned on. I don't know what's wrong. Any ideas how to get this working?

@Kurt91 : You definitely don't have the Selector version. Look at the screenshot on the first post to see what you should have.
Install the cia from the first post to get this Selector.

if yes, what must i download, and is there anything additionnal i have to do (compiling or something) cus i dont know how do do that. Can i just download the latest cia?

In the Releases category, the cia is directly available you can generate a qrcode to use with fbi from it.

its just i currently have 3.4(non select) and it crashes about 50% of times and its annoying.

EDIT: Is it the top one here or should i just stop looking:

Every time I boot into NTR(3.2, 3.3, and 3.4) SMT IV crashes a bit fter the Now Loading screen starts.

A9LH+Luma, I've seen people with my set up boot into SMT IV fine.

Advice?

work fine, but if I exit game (using home) enter again, always hang at 3ds screen.
