someone help me !!!!!!! i want to home-brew my switch so i can use tin-foil
and i only want to use the R4S method
i have a...
*Nintendo switch 6.0.0
*R4S Dongle (with rcm jig)
*32gb micro sd-card (Fat32)

if you can, provide the a link to files i need to put on the R4S and sd-card
and please tell me what file goes in the sd-card and what file goes in the R4S
i really prefer ReiNX because it seems to be the most simple and it compatible with R4S
someone please guide me though this

I was wondering: were should i put the title updates on the micro SD card: in the tinfoil/nsp folder? in the switch folder?

my switch is 5.1.0 with Reinx
is it safe to update to 6.0.0 ? if so , should i use choijourn ? if i do that, what happens to autorcm ? using folio was a bit painful :D

I myself updated from 5.1 to 6.0. You should use choijourn. Autorcm will be disabled, so you have to enable it again if you wish. And remember to download and use the latest hekate after update. I recommend downloading latest tomger sd files.

So guys, since i´m on airplane mode using reiNX cf: how can i update to 6.0 or future updates?? can i do it with the .nsp file of a game that requires such update? I´d like a simple method, i don´t care for my fuses...

i had downloaded all neccessary files except Title 010000000000100D.zip a few days before starting my journey on this. now that I am prepared, the site goes down and I can't get that file. Can anyone direct me how to go about getting that?

Thanks! Any simpler method guys? As i said, i don´t care for my fuses
If you don't care about your fuses or downgrading, you can update your system firmware the official way. But that involves connecting online and risking a ban. ChoiDujourNX is arguably the easiest way to update while the console is in Airplane Mode.

How would I go about adding Xor Play functionality to ReiNX, since simply adding the kip file isn't enough and I don't see a ini file for ReiNX where I could possibly add the necessary lines. Do I just go ahead and add that ini file myself under bootloader/ini or is there more to it?

Weird thing is happening. Bought an extra switch today. Updated to 6.1 and backed up NAND. I used ReiNX > Tinfoil to install an .nsp.. everything works, game works. Then I press the power button for sleepmode and now the screen won't turn on again . Long pressing the power button helps and I'm still able to enter CFW, but pressing the sleep power button causes an error that I can't see?

EDIT: I see that there are cases where OFW has the same problem. Anyone found a solution?

EDIT: Same question on the other forum
I have the same problem. Tried the latest official release and the nightly build. Neither of them solved it.. Did you find a solution?

^ got the same problem today after flashing ReiNX, it just crashed without a reason, so probably N firmware bug 6.1.0. After crash it went to normal

Bit of a noob question but I just installed ReiNX but I'm on a decently small microsd (32GB). I have a 128GB on the way, and when I get it, is it safe to just drag and drop the entire SD contents from the 32GB SD (including the Nintendo folder) onto the 128GB SD?

Yes, you can just directly copy the contents from one SD card to another.
